Job Summary
Skilled Laborer needed to support construction and traffic-control projects. Responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices per project specs and DOT standards; leading or assisting in temporary traffic control on active job sites; safely operating trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment; installing and repairing traffic signs and other control devices; completing daily documentation and quantity tracking; clear communication with crew and supervisors; training and guiding entry-level crew members as needed. Must have general construction or traffic control experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including nights and Saturdays as required.
