Skilled Laborer

Job Summary
The Skilled Laborer will be responsible for measuring distances, driving stakes, stretching lines, and aligning forms for construction projects. Key tasks include signaling equipment operators for machinery adjustments, leveling earth or asphalt, mixing concrete, and performing various tasks related to form dismantling and pipe hanger mounting. Candidates must be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to varying outdoor working conditions. Candidates will work full-time, requiring flexibility to work extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, crouch or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb on and off of equipment
Additional Requirements
- Employee works on average ten (10) hours per day, five days (and occasionally six days) per week
- All work is performed outdoors in Florida heat and rain; and around heavy highway traffic areas.
