Skilled Labor Float - VN (Warehouse/Cooler Operator)

Plan, pick, load, and finalize finished goods trailers while managing onsite and offsite driving responsibilities. Receive, transfer, pick, and put away dry goods and packaging supplies, ensuring stock rotation compliance and proper sealing. Operate forklifts and yard trucks to unload stock trucks and move materials between warehouses, maintaining FIFO policies. Perform inventory checks, monitor cooler temperatures, and verify loads meet GMP and SQF requirements. Work directly with production, manufacturing, and lab personnel to ensure efficient operations. Maintain clean work areas, follow all safety procedures, and wear proper PPE. Work between 6:00pm and 6:00am with a $0.50 shift differential, subject to union coverage.
