Job Summary
Skilled Maintenance Guest Service Representative (GSR) manages interior and exterior building upkeep, grounds, and mechanical equipment per the Repair and Maintenance Manual to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Performs routine maintenance tasks (painting, caulking, carpet/floor cleaning, changing light bulbs, toilet seats, etc.), inspects property for needs and reports findings, maintains safety and security procedures, assists with projects, cross-trains in laundry/housekeeping/front desk when possible, and supports guests with service requests. Requires 1–2 years in maintenance or related customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in previous maintenance or customer service position required.
- Knowledge of general hand tools/equipment strongly preferred.
