Job Summary
PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) needed to provide compassionate in-home care across Loudoun County, VA (Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Purcellville, Hamilton, Middleburg, Bluemont). Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility), providing companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, hydration, monitoring health and reporting changes to supervising nurse, following care plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to safety and infection-control protocols. Requires Virginia CNA certification; flexible availability including evenings and weekends; driving/travel within the county is required. Prior home health experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Virginia
- Prior home health or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
