Job Summary
Install hardscapes including pavers, retaining walls, walkways, and driveways while working across concrete, carpentry, masonry, planting, and turf trades. Run a small crew of 1–3 people on active job sites and learn from experienced tradespeople. Maintain reliability, punctuality, and a positive team attitude. We offer year-round full-time work with real work-life balance, rarely requiring weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years landscape construction experience
- Experience leading a crew of 1–3
- Reliable, on time, gets things done
- Team player with a positive attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Driver's licence + comfortable in a pickup
- Trailer towing experience (10–14 ft)
- Proficiency across multiple trades (we'll train the right person)
