Job Summary
Skilled Handyman responsible for performing diverse maintenance, repair, and installation tasks at tenant properties. Responsibilities include fixing plumbing leaks and electrical issues, repairing drywall and fixtures, routine upkeep such as painting, caulking, weatherproofing, and HVAC filter changes, installing appliances, shelving, lighting, doors, windows, and flooring, and carpentry work like building or repairing furniture, decks, fences, and framing. Also conducts property inspections, provides cost estimates, and ensures safety and quality while working independently or with a team. Requires 2+ years in related trades, proficiency across multiple trades, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a valid driver’s license with own tools. Work is on-site at tenant homes, offices, or commercial properties, with potential irregular hours including evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
