Skilled Factory Operator

Skilled Operator needed to support busy production teams in a food manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include working on production lines, setting up and adjusting machinery, undertaking basic pre-planned maintenance, completing start-up check sheets, handling labels from the Label Office and returning used labels, performing label verification checks, checking product quality against customer specifications, conducting packaging checks, performing product changeovers, and adhering to GMP and Health & Safety standards. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork, good English communication, basic numeracy and literacy, and a flexible, positive mindset; training will cover Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Control, Manual Handling and COSHH.
