Job Summary
Assist in renovations including painting, carpentry, tiling, framing, taping, and clean-up. Complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, and fixing plumbing or kitchen equipment. Ensure the security of inventory and assets including tools, supplies, and electronics. Maintain a safe and clean work area while solving problems and communicating using established guidelines. Multitask and prioritize work orders, including last-minute requests, with minimal supervision. Coordinate with the team to deliver home renovation services across Vernon.
