Safely operate hand tools and power tools; install structural components, windows, doors, siding, or flooring with precision; measure, cut, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, concrete, or drywall; collaborate with team members to coordinate project phases; maintain site safety and cleanliness; identify and resolve construction-related issues. Must have 2+ years of experience in construction or a specific trade, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; own tools preferred.
