Job Summary
Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, materials, and equipment for residential construction projects. Assist with fireplace installations, maintenance, repairs, framing, demolition, and finish work while using hand and power tools safely. Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites and perform basic troubleshooting and repairs. Follow OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures while communicating effectively with coworkers and customers. This full-time, year-round position includes overtime opportunities during the busy season. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no DUI due to insurance requirements)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds independently and 200+ pounds with team assistance
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
