Job Summary
Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup; operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively; assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activities; follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site; must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest and steel-toed boots); collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on time; ready to work outdoors in varying weather and lift 50+ lbs; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; probationary period of 60 days; benefits include medical and 401k after qualification periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
