Job Summary
Read construction plans and install framing systems for residential and commercial projects, including walls, floors, roofs, trusses, and blocking. Set and secure joists while ensuring all work meets structural, safety, and building code requirements. Operate hand and power tools to perform accurate layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly of wood and metal studs. Maintain a clean, organized job site while lifting heavy materials and working at heights. Candidates must possess at least five years of proven framing experience and be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5 years of proven experience in wood and metal stud framing
- solid understanding of construction blueprints
- ability to perform accurate layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly with attention to detail and efficiency
- proficient with hand and power tools
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
- ability to collaborate effectively with other trades
- minimum of 5 years of framing experience
- Valid US Social security number
- Valid US ID
- Reliable form of transportation
- Be a Us Ciitizen or legal Documented immigrant
