Job Summary
Run day-to-day job site operations including scheduling, field oversight, and trade coordination for residential and commercial restoration projects. Perform hands-on carpentry such as framing walls, ceilings, and roofs, plus installing crown molding, door/window casing, baseboards, and hardware. Handle necessary demolition to prep for repairs and replace patios, decks, doors, cabinets, and appliances. Read plans and follow scopes of work accurately while working with the Project Management team to solve problems and maintain schedules. Keep job sites safe and compliant with signage and OSHA basics.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years carpentry experience remodeling
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Knowledge of residential and commercial building codes
- Experience with detailed, complex projects
- Ability to lead, communicate, and report progress clearly
- Willing to learn new software basic job tracking
