Job Summary
Provide hands-on care to clients ranging from companionship to complex cases; operate Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand devices, and other mechanical equipment; assist with personal care, mobility, safety monitoring, and daily living activities; adapt to changing client needs in a fast-paced environment; maintain timely and professional communication with the office; uphold client dignity, safety, and comfort at all times; requires reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, strong time-management, ability to work independently, and experience with mechanical lifts; on-call from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM with every-other-weekend schedule; full-time 40 hours with potential transition from hourly to salary; location Barrington, IL with a full-time field care role in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
