Job Summary
Monitor centers in Michigan on a routine basis to assess compliance with regulatory and quality assurance programs. Audit MDS processes to ensure accurate coding, develop monitoring reports, and identify areas for performance improvement. Assist centers in establishing plans of correction for deficiencies and implement revised policies, procedures, and clinical pathways. Requires Registered Nurse credentials, Director of Nursing experience, and acute/long-term care expertise. Travel required to Centreville, Dowagiac, Plainwell, North Muskegon, and Marshall.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel to the cities located in Michigan: Centreville, Dowagiac, Plainwell, North Muskegon, and Marhsall
- Registered Nurse credentials
- Previous experience as a successful Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse
- Acute and long-term care experience
