(SkillBridge) Program Cost Control Analyst - Finance - Level 2 or 3

Program Cost Control - Finance role within Northrop Grumman's SkillBridge Military Internship Program, based in Dulles, VA. The role involves preparing budgets and schedules for contracts, performing financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring adequate funding by maintaining expenditure records, and submitting timely funding requests to the government. It supports Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and development/analysis of estimates to complete. The position is an onsite, entry to mid-level internship with responsibilities aligned to training transitioning service members and potential transition to full-time employment after the program. Requires DoD Top-Secret clearance (within scope) with SCI access, and relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business administration; degrees in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration are advantageous.
