Job Summary
Professional Development Manager for NPower's SkillBridge Cybersecurity Program; teach professional development sessions on resumes, interviewing, communication, and networking; coach veterans to build LinkedIn presence and translate military experience; maintain curriculum and build a network of mentors, guest speakers, and partner resources; create engaging digital content highlighting program impact; support the Career Placement Manager with polishing career-readiness deliverables (resumes, LinkedIn profiles); role requires San Diego, CA residency (Pacific Time), full-time with occasional travel; 3+ years in teaching/training/coaching/professional development; experience with active-duty service members or veterans in instructional/mentoring roles; ability to present clearly and adapt content for diverse adult learners; bachelor's degree in related field preferred or familiarity with DoW SkillBridge/TAP.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in teaching, training, coaching, professional development, or adult education
- experience with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected populations in instructional/mentoring roles
- ability to teach LinkedIn and professional networking; create engaging presentations and digital content
- bachelor’s degree in a related field (nice to have) or familiarity with DoW SkillBridge, TAP, or similar
