On-siteBaltimore, Maryland, United States
Job Summary
Apply MS&A techniques with a focus on Mission Engineering to accelerate capability delivery through mission studies, system-of-system trades, and performance analysis using credible modeling, simulation, experimentation, and analysis processes. Conduct analysis-of-alternatives and mission architecture trades across offensive and defensive orders of battle, formations, and equipment including laydowns, platforms, and loadouts of sensors, effectors, and weapons. Utilize MSE&A frameworks to evaluate Concepts of Employments, Concepts of Operations, and Design Reference Missions to affect system design and optimization. Assess capabilities by linking system requirements to mission threads, proving operative interfaces, and planning verification/validation for system elements. Develop large-scale data analytics and probabilities, including design of experiment techniques for system and mission performance evaluation. Innovate to solve problems and identify improvements across MSE&A products while performing operational and mission effectiveness analysis activities. Develop new or integrate existing system simulation frameworks, performance models, algorithms, threat models, and command and control models. Model operational environments, perform trade studies via computer simulation, and recommend alternative architectures.
