Job Summary
This 16-week SkillBridge Operations Trainee program offers service members hands-on exposure to various business operations including warehouse, sales, finance, supply chain, and human resources. Trainees will develop skills and gain experience aligned with post-program career paths such as Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, and Inside Sales Representative. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, results-driven, and possess strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to work in dynamic environments while maintaining excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
