Job Summary
Privilege Access Management (PAM) Engineer - Trainee within Equinix’s Identity Security Program. The role provides design, deployment, testing, and operational support for an enterprise PAM solution (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, Microsoft, Keeper). Responsibilities include gathering PAM requirements from globally dispersed stakeholders, building scripts and customizations, producing PAM technical and process documentation, driving PAM-related testing and training materials, assisting in full PAM project delivery, and coordinating with other IAM components. Candidates should have strong technical PAM experience, scripting ability (Java, GitHub, PowerShell, bash, LDAP, JSON), cloud deployments, and relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM). Required Qualifications
- Required Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, management information systems or related field; or equivalent work experience in a medium or large corporate environment, or military service/experience
- 5+ years designing, configuring, implementing/deploying and maintaining PAM solution in an enterprise environment
- Scripting experience
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work within globally dispersed and cross-functional teams
