Job Summary
SkillBridge Military Transition Program – Information Security Engineer (Trainee) role focused on SailPoint IdentityNow within Equinix's IAM program. You will perform full Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project delivery using SailPoint IdentityNow, serve as a subject-matter expert for design, testing, implementation, and operations, assist with scripting and customizations for successful IGA deployment, and help produce technical/process documentation. Requires deep SailPoint IdentityNow expertise (development of custom workflows, connectors, rules, roles, and campaigns) plus hands-on experience with Java, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, Postman, JSON, and Velocity Template Language. Must have 5+ years designing and maintaining IGA solutions in enterprise environments, 2+ years with SailPoint IdentityNow, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; security certifications (CISSP/CCSP/CISM) are a plus. The role entails collaboration across globally dispersed teams, strong problem-solving, and effective communication. This is a FULL_TIME, SENIOR_LEVEL position based in Dallas, TX, US, with in-person work expectations at the Dallas Infomart office; Salary is not listed in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer engineering, MIS or related field; or equivalent work experience in a medium or large corporate environment or military service/experience
- 5+ years designing, configuring, implementing/deploying and maintaining an IGA solution such as SailPoint or equivalent tool in an enterprise environment
- 2+ years proven experience designing, implementing/deploying and supporting solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer
- Scripting experience
- Experience with Java, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, Postman, VSCode IDE, JSON, Velocity Template Language (VTL)
- Experience configuring connections for Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, and web services/REST
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM) preferred
- Ability to work with globally dispersed teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
