Job Summary
Lead in-person recruitment and admissions for NPower’s SkillBridge Cybersecurity program across the Western U.S., with heaviest focus in California. Represent the program at installations, recruitment events, and military-affiliated functions; build partnerships with TAP offices, command/installations, National Guard units, and veteran-serving organizations; deliver briefings and information sessions; guide applicants through a supportive admissions process; maintain applicant and pipeline records in Salesforce and track recruitment metrics; create engaging social media content and messaging for a military audience. This role involves frequent travel, is remote from the San Diego area, and reports to the SkillBridge Operations Director. Nice-to-haves include prior military service or experience as a military recruiter and a related bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in recruitment, admissions, outreach, or workforce development
- experience with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected communities
- strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to travel frequently
- comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
