Job Summary
Assist with daily operations and support cross-functional teams while contributing to project completion, including research, analysis, and reporting. Participate in team meetings to offer input based on your background and expertise, gaining experience in specific technologies and processes relevant to Technology, Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity. Build and enhance professional skills in communication, leadership, and problem-solving as you apply military experiences to a civilian career path. This capstone training experience occurs during the last 180 days of active duty service.
Required Qualifications
- Active security clearance
- Currently serving as an Active Duty military service member
- Eligible for the SkillBridge program
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and apply military experiences to a civilian career path in the fields of Technology and Innovation, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Cybersecurity
