Job Summary
Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products and features, defining target audiences, positioning, and messaging. Create solution briefs, white papers, technical blogs, and web content while developing presentations, launch materials, videos, and use-case narratives. Partner with Product and Engineering to build repeatable technical demonstrations and conduct market research to translate intelligence into go-to-market recommendations. Establish deep technical expertise across the Defense Unicorns portfolio and serve as a product evangelist for defense and national security audiences. Operate effectively amid ambiguity to structure new market offerings and improve product adoption. Approximately 35%–45% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, solutions engineering, developer relations, or a related function
- Experience executing go-to-market programs for technical products, platforms, or capabilities
- Experience supporting or owning product or feature launches
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, technical content, or sales enablement materials
- Strong understanding of modern software development and DevSecOps concepts
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and communicate their value to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong technical and creative writing skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Growth teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to operate effectively with some ambiguity while seeking context and alignment when needed
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment
- Travel Expectation: Approximately 35%–45% travel may be required to engage with customers, communities, partners, and industry stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with defense, national security, federal government, or other highly regulated customers is preferred
