Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive security program administration and operations for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Manage program security compliance across multiple functions including SCIF/SAPF administration, PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, OPSEC, and investigations. Author Concept-of-Operations documents, develop security education programs, and perform internal security audits to ensure adherence to government regulations and contractual guidance. Provide personnel security support by processing documentation for SCI/SAP nominations and maintain clearance databases. Administer facility security procedures, pursue customer accreditation for sensitive facilities, and manage intrusion detection and access control systems. Support ground surveys and mission operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on security updates.
Required Qualifications
- Active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI approval/access
- Knowledge and familiarity with CFR 32 part 117 (NISPOM); Intelligence Community Directives (ICD); DoD Manuals, and other related security requirements
- Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience working within a SCIF or SAPF
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Desktop Computer and Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience
- Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience
- PhD with 1 year of professional experience
- Additional four years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
- U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with a current Polygraph
- Experience with SIMS and/or Government Security Databases
