Job Summary
Monitor customer product readiness, diagnose and repair equipment-related issues on-site, and execute training plans to educate customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Assist with installations, maintenance checks, and proactive services while maintaining detailed records of service activities, diagnostics, and resolution processes. Generate Field Reports and Work Orders to provide actionable feedback to engineering teams and communicate service bulletins and product updates to stakeholders. Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% to support on-site service delivery alongside experienced field service personnel, ensuring compliance with all safety standards. This internship offers direct exposure to advanced autonomous systems for defense and national-security missions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity (skillbridge.osd.mil)
- Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting mechanical and/or electronic equipment
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong documentation habits and attention to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to building professional relationships with customers and teammates
- Ability to travel up to 75%, including internationally
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
