Job Summary
Assist therapists in developing, implementing, and revising individual treatment plans while monitoring progress toward goals. Provide individual and group skills training for children and adults to address developmental milestones and reduce psychosocial barriers in areas such as self-care, communication, and coping strategies. Deliver case management services and collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate integrated care, including identifying health issues and ensuring provider compliance. Complete CANS/ANSA re-assessments, provide consultation on specific cases, and maintain positive relationships with external agencies. Prepare clinical records, reports, and forms while participating in continuing education activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of behavioral healthcare experience, an associate or bachelor's degree preferred, and a valid driver's license. Full-time day position in Marion County, IN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience
- Equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree
- Valid driver's license
- Driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy
- Reliable transportation
