Job Summary

Develop individual and group skills training for adults and children to address psychosocial barriers and achieve developmental milestones. Assist therapists in creating, implementing, and revising treatment plans while monitoring progress toward goals. Provide case management services, coordinate integrated care with clinical staff, and conduct CANS/ANSA re-assessments. Maintain positive relationships with external agencies and prepare clinical records and reports. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with two years of behavioral healthcare experience, an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 2 years paid behavioral healthcare experience
  • Equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proof of auto insurance
  • Commitment to providing individual attention to help clients achieve mental, emotional and physical well-being
  • Drug screen
  • TB test
  • Extensive background check
  • Fingerprinting
