Job Summary
Skill Builder at Meridian Health Services' Addictions and Recovery Center in West Lafayette, IN; provides behavioral therapy, intensive rehabilitation, wellness education, and post-treatment support to individuals with substance use disorders; conduct client skills training; develop and implement case management plans; crisis intervention; maintain written case records and reports; ensure 24/7 staff coverage and flexibility to work other shifts as needed; adheres to standards, policies, procedures, and regulations; requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of behavioral healthcare experience (an Associate Degree is preferred); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance; 7a-7p rotating schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent with 2 years behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework toward a human services or health related degree required
- Associate Degree preferred
