Job Summary
Skid Steer Operator responsible for operating a skid steer and moving materials between loading, processing, and storage areas outdoors in varying weather. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, weigh materials and record data, secure loads with lifting devices, and assist with loading/unloading to trucks or railcars. Maintain safety as the top priority, adhere to SA Recycling health, safety, and environmental standards, and comply with job-specific qualifications including drug screen, physical, and background checks. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. The role emphasizes precise material handling, equipment operation, and adherence to safety and production processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous industrial truck operation experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must pass Physical
- Must pass Drug screen
- Must pass Background check
- Safety compliance with federal/state/local regulations
