Job Summary
Operate skid steer and other heavy or grading equipment for grading and fine grading tasks. Demonstrate a high degree of competency with equipment in challenging terrains, perform servicing and maintenance, and conduct daily inspections. Effective communication skills are necessary, along with adherence to safety regulations. Candidates must have 2-3 years of finish grading experience and be able to work overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finish grading
- Individual must be dedicated to working safely at all times
- Experienced working with GPS control required or 3 years finish grade Free-Hand
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary
- Team player
- Valid driver’s license
Additional Requirements
- Must be Drug Free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Able to provide valid documentation for the I-9 Immigration requirement
