Job Summary
Operate skid steers on commercial asphalt, grading, excavation, and site development projects throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Support paving crews by preparing sites, moving materials, and delivering projects the right way. Maintain a safety-first mindset and strong work ethic while working alongside experienced crews on local commercial projects. The role involves approximately 55-hour work weeks with some Saturdays during paving season. Candidates must hold a valid CDL and possess commercial skid steer experience, along with asphalt, grading, excavation, or site work history. This position offers steady, year-after-year work with modern equipment, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Asphalt, grading, excavation, or site work experience
