Job Summary
Operate skid steers safely and efficiently; perform industrial maintenance on balers, forklifts, and skid steers; complete preventive maintenance; assist with additional maintenance duties; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; collaborate with team members to meet daily goals; requires 2+ years of skid steer operating experience, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn; outdoor non-climate-controlled environment with overtime/weekends as needed; steel-toed boots required; pre-employment drug screen and background check; eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of skid steer operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn or prior industrial maintenance experience
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check (criminal and employment verification)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)
- Steel-toed boots required on the first day of work
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance record and flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
