Job Summary
Lead daily crew operations by driving to sites, managing materials, and overseeing quality control while operating heavy equipment such as trenchers, skid steers, and bobcats. Communicate with clients to ensure work standards and reinforce company culture regarding safety, attire, and work ethic. Complete all required paperwork and submissions accurately and timely while maintaining organized electronic usage. This bilingual role requires previous construction or landscaping leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds frequently. You will work year-round, including weekends and extended hours, with bi-weekly pay and access to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous construction or landscaping leadership experience
- Must speak Spanish and English
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
