Skid Steer/Large Bucket Loader Operators

Job Summary
Operate skid steers and large bucket loaders to safely move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the yard and facility. Load, unload, and transport piping materials according to production schedules, while performing pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment. Ensure safe handling practices, support inventory control by staging materials, and communicate effectively with supervisors and forklift operators to coordinate material flow. Follow all safety policies including required PPE, report mechanical issues immediately, and assist with pipe rack construction and truck loading preparation. Work 8–12 hour shifts with night rotation, weekends, and overtime as needed in an active industrial shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to commute: Camrose, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Must Be: Flexible to work varied shifts, weekends, overtime, or on-call assignments as required
- Shift: Must be able to work 8 - 12 hour shifts
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the standard methods, materials, tools, equipment and procedures utilized with all coating types
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions which are applicable to the work
- Ability to work overtime
- High School diploma or equivalent
