Act as ski concierge to assist all guests and owners at the Silver Strike Lodge with ski gear retrieval, storage, and transport. Greet guests, help them place skis on the mountain, and guide them through putting boots on and off. Deliver excellent guest service while providing guidance on skiing conditions and recommended runs. Ensure a luxurious guest experience aligned with Resorts West standards.
