Job Summary
Delivering ski and snowboard rentals to guest accommodations while completing on-mountain support and end-of-day gear pickups. Pack rental orders in advance, sanitize and tune equipment for re-stocking, and answer customer phone calls with a positive tone. Meet strict on-time arrival standards, communicate clearly about service scope, and select appropriate gear based on guest skills and resort conditions. Maintain clean delivery vehicles and workspaces, and assist in setting up future shifts. Weekend and holiday work required with morning and evening shifts. Starting December 5th, 2026, with a base wage of $18/hour plus tips.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to deliver equipment to guests' accommodations
- Must be able to pick up equipment from guests' accommodations
- Must be able to perform basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance
- Must be able to make/answer customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicles
- Must be able to meet or exceed Brand Standards
- Must be able to arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
- Must be able to set clear expectations around the entire scope of service
- Must be able to choose the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
- Must be able to set up the next shift
- Must be able to set up future team members for success
