Conduct scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while ensuring equipment is tuned, sanitized, and re-stickered for the next use. Deliver gear to guest accommodations within five minutes of the agreed time, communicate service scope clearly, and select appropriate equipment based on guest skills and resort conditions. Perform on-mountain support, bring all scheduled returns to the shop, and maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels. Plan routes, restock vehicles, pack orders, and handle phone calls, texts, emails, and voicemails to manage reservations, issue refunds, and upsell guests.
