Ski Technician – Rental Delivery – Jackson Hole

Conduct scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while ensuring equipment is the right fit for each guest's skills and conditions. Deliver gear to accommodations within five minutes of arrival, communicate service expectations clearly, and provide on-mountain support within 45 minutes. Pick up all returns, sanitize and tune equipment, restock delivery vehicles, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels. Manage packing orders for future deliveries and set up the next shift and team members for success. Perform basic tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance. Answer customer phone calls with a positive tone. Work weekend and holiday shifts in morning and evening rotations at Jackson Hole. No previous experience required.
