Ski Team Head Coach - Alpine

Head Coach for Ski Team overseeing U12-U18 Alpine programs at Alpine location base; responsible for coaching staff oversight, design and supervision of training and competition, safety leadership, staff scheduling, travel coordination, recruitment and development of coaches, and collaboration with administrators and parents. Must lead(goal setting and performance assessments for coaches), maintain program goals year-round, and ensure adherence to team mission/values while delivering high-quality athlete development and customer service. Hourly pay range $25.71–$35.99 with total annualized compensation reflecting factors such as experience and travel; includes benefits such as ski privileges, healthcare options, retirement plan, and employee discounts. Required: High School diploma; US Ski & Snowboard Alpine Level 100; supervisory experience (+3 years preferred); strong communication and English literacy; proficiency with Microsoft O365. Preferred: US Ski & Snowboard Alpine Level 300 or PSIA Certification. On-site at Olympic Valley, CA.
