Job Summary
Supervise daily organization of Ski School adult group, teen classes, and private lessons while handling guest concerns and coordinating special tasks such as Specialty or Corporate Group lesson organization. Assist and coach ski instructors, mentor staff, and support other supervisors on snow as needed. Conduct mid-season and end-of-season performance reviews for instructors. This role requires a minimum PSIA Level 1 certification and strong communication skills to manage high-volume environments. Employment runs from Mid-November to Mid-April with a starting wage of $20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum PSIA Level 1 certification
- Strong communication skills
- Experience supervising employees
- Experience coaching performances
- Experience solving problems
- Experience handling guest relations
- Must be a team-oriented player
- Must be able to work under the pressure of a high-volume environment
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
