Job Summary
Ski Repair Technician responsible for tuning and repairing skis and snowboards, installing and adjusting bindings, maintaining the rental fleet, and assisting in the rental shop. Must be certified in bindings, knowledgeable about models from recent years, and capable of working effectively in a team. Tasks include tuning equipment, installing/adjusting bindings, operating POS, adhering to safety and cash-handling procedures, assisting guests with rental returns, and supporting other ski techs as needed. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years previous ski/board repair shop experience
- Genuine enjoyment of people interaction
