Job Summary
Monitor mountain areas for injured, reckless, and lost skiers and snowboarders while enforcing safety regulations and performing trail maintenance tasks. Stand by for emergency calls, provide first aid and stabilize patients, and transport injured or uninjured guests to the base area. Patrol assigned zones to identify hazards, check trail conditions, and assist in racing events and special operations. Search for missing persons and equipment as needed. This seasonal role requires EMT or OEC certification and the ability to ski all terrain in any conditions. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to ski or snowboard all terrain in all types of conditions
- Medical skills and certifications such as EMT, WFR, or OEC certificate or greater
- CPR/AED certification
