Job Summary
Teach skiing at all ability levels, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment through group, private, and seasonal programs. Deliver lessons while assisting with lesson area setup, surface lift operations, and Snow School functions including registration and carpet zones. Communicate clearly with guests, guardians, and team members. Full-time and part-time seasonal positions available with starting wage of $20.00/hour, increased with certifications. Recruitment ongoing through December. Requires skiing or riding experience, high school diploma, and availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Skiing or riding experience
- Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available on the following key dates: Dec. 27 – 31; Jan 16-17; Feb 13-14; Full time Feb 16-19
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Certification (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Teaching experience (in Snowsports or other fields)
- Strong social and verbal communication and customer service skills
