Job Summary
Perform foot assessments and modify boots using punches, grinds, liners, and footbeds while educating customers on fit and performance. Maintain workspace cleanliness and manage fitting tools, then support general shop operations including retail sales, rental setups, and demo tuning when needed. Complete in-house training under mentorship before passing the final check-off to earn a raise. Full-time availability required for four 10-hour days weekly from December through April. Located in Alta and Holladay, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time availability required (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays)
- Must have reliable transportation to Alta, if wanting to work up canyon
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working with tools and hands-on modifications
- Curious, coachable, and able to follow a structured training process
- Prior experience in boot fitting
