Job Summary
Provide personalized boot fitting, binding setting, and equipment support for all guest ability levels while kneeling, standing, and moving repeatedly to assist with gear fitting. Create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere in the rental shop by answering guest questions regarding rentals, online purchases, and resort information via phone, email, or in person. Accurately process payments for rental equipment and help guests find the right ski or snowboard setup for their day on the slopes. This entry-level seasonal position requires working on your feet for at least 8 hours daily and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. No prior experience with ski or snowboard gear is necessary, as the resort provides comprehensive training. Full-time seasonal team members enjoy free all-mountain ski passes and various resort discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours a day
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Ski/snowboard or cashier experience preferred
