Job Summary
Supervise the Rentals and Ski Check team during the Winter season and oversee daily operations of the Golf team in the Summer. Train staff on all activities to ensure accurate guest responses, resolve complaints, and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. Enforce facility rules for the golf course and equipment, while supervising the reservation system and POS. Assist with Ski Valet and ski/snowboard rentals, ensuring complete compliance with departmental policies. This role requires a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a start date of December 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous ski and golf experience
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide legible communication and directions
- Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8 hour work shift
- Must be capable of frequently carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 50lbs
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or resort environment preferred
