Job Summary
Drive whole-of-store performance by leading sales, managing stock control, and ensuring high visual merchandising standards across the Pacific Fair location. Coach and develop a diverse team through hands-on mentoring, on-floor leadership, and weekly performance feedback to maintain a high-energy culture. Oversee daily operations including wage control, shrink prevention, and safety compliance while connecting with customers to drive added value and exceptional experiences. Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with two consecutive days off, reporting directly to retail leadership to grow the brand across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor)
- Strong track record of driving sales and team performance
- The ability to work autonomously
- Confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
