Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a high-turnover outlet setting. Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and wage control, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders across Western Sydney locations including Eastern Creek, Homebush, Auburn, and Lidcombe. Drive a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and ongoing development to deliver strong commercial results. Tuesday to Saturday roster with two consecutive days off every week.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership capability with a results-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- A passion for customer experience, brand standards, and commercial performance
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
